Best known for directing the award-winning films "Hotel Rwanda" and "In the Name of the Father," Belfast, Ireland native Terry George is a prolific writer and director, receiving over ten Academy Award nominations before winning the Academy Award for best Live Action Short Film in 2011 for his short film, “The Shore.”
