Since 2006, Harold Fraser has been a full-time instructor in the Steven G. Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. He has taught in the Management Department in the areas of Strategy, Operations, Entertainment & Hospitality Management, and Supply Chain Management.

He is a co-founder of Mihaylo College’s Entertainment & Hospitality Management program. Prior to joining CSUF, Harold served as the head of global operations for Paramount Home Entertainment through most of the 1990’s and subsequently helmed Panasonic’s international optical disc manufacturing and distribution business based in London during the early 2000s.

In the 1980’s Harold ran marketing and supply chain operations for the motorcycle division of American Honda Motor Company. He received his BA from Stetson University and his master’s degree from the University of Southern California.

In addition to full-time teaching, Harold is a sought-after consultant in the entertainment industry.
