Tiara Parker-Ragland

Tiara Parker-Ragland is an accomplished producer, entrepreneur and actress who has spent the last decade creating short films and reality television series. As the cofounder and Executive Producer of Ragland Reign, a production company for branded content, corporate interviews, film, TV and music videos, her projects have ​​appeared on Amazon Prime, Roku, YouTube, and in various film festivals.

Most recently, Tiara produced MediaU’s Marketing & Distribution Roadmap for Independent Filmmakers. In addition, she has spent the last three years producing creative reality shows, including CoCoCozy Design House, a home furnishings design series that was acquired by Amazon Prime, and Find & Design, a critically acclaimed DIY-home interior streaming series. Previously she co-founded the music video production company HustleCake, where she produced music videos for pop singer Katelyn Jae Brown, social-media influencer Jacob Sartorius, and R&B singer Natalie Imani, among others.

Tiara launched her production career with the buzzy festival hit, Unknown, a horror short film. What was originally a fun, passion-fueled approach to filmmaking turned into an underground hit embraced by multiple film festivals. As both a film and television actor, she is featured in movies such as Drive, Crazy Stupid Love and Alvin and the Chipmunks; for television, Tiara has been seen in How I Met Your Mother, CSI NY, and Desperate Housewives.

Tiara is a graduate of Washburn University.
